Hark Natives! We bring good tidings!

The time is finally here. Presenting OASIS Vanguard — the forefront of our PVE feature in Oasis and prelude leading into our open world experience!

Natives, ready yourselves. Be prepared to defend OASIS from the clutches of evil. Defeat enemies, collect points, and earn rewards if you’re one of the top scorers!

Legend of the OASIS Vanguard

A spooky graveyard uncovered. Evil beings that lurk within. Deep within the dark recesses of Oasis, lie cursed beings that seem to be sapping the energy from the land and everything around it.

It’s up to you, Natives, to defend our land from these foul creatures and stop the corruption. To be the very first to venture in, the defenders of peace.

We call upon the OASIS Vanguard.

Game Mechanics🎮

The Goal: Survive as many rounds as you can against the evil creatures that are out to get you. Kill them before they kill you.

We don’t want to spoil too much of the actual gameplay just yet. More details will be released shortly in our upcoming how-to-play guide.

Scoreboard

Your score and stats are recorded for each playthrough. The scoreboard will display your results at the end of each game.

Rack up more points with more kills! Be one of the top ranked players, and you could even be listed on the leaderboard and get rewards.

Leaderboards — Daily, Weekly & Monthly

I want to be the very best, that no one ever was

There are three separate leaderboards for both the single-player and multiplayer categories. This means that there is more than one way to reach the top ranks!

Daily Leaderboard — Rack up Your Points!🎖

The daily leaderboard records your accumulated score for that day. The score you gain from each playthrough will be added to your total score for this leaderboard.

Daily leaderboard: resets every day at 12:00AM UTC

Weekly & Monthly Leaderboards — Aim for the Highest Scores!🏆

For the weekly and monthly leaderboards, only your highest score achieved in a single playthrough will count. Playing more rounds will not increase your recorded high score.

These leaderboards are meant to reward the most skilled and seasoned players of the game, the true OASIS Vanguards.

Weekly leaderboard: resets every Monday, 12:00AM UTC

Monthly leaderboard: resets every 1st of the month, 12:00AM UTC

OASIS Nuggets

Only the top 20 of each leaderboard will be rewarded with a special token called OASIS nuggets (Note: this token is not transferable or tradeable).

Winners will have OASIS nuggets airdropped into their wallet. Use them to redeem prizes at the reward center!

Max Plays Per Day

All Natives get a base amount of 5 plays per day.

Natives who own Attributed NFTs or who have staked a minimum of 300 $OASIS tokens will have a base amount of 10 plays per day!

You can choose to use these plays in either single-player or multiplayer mode, but each play will count towards your limit of max plays per day. The limit resets at 12am UTC daily so remember to use them up before the clock strikes 12 for the day!

Additional Plays

Attributed NFT holders and stakers will start with a base amount of 10 plays per day. Gain extra plays per day depending on the number and rarity of Attributed NFTs and raffle tickets you hold:

Each raffle ticket you own from staking gains you an extra play:

2 — Attributed NFT🖼
Each NFT you hold gives you extra plays based on their rarity:

The amount of extra plays you get stacks. For example, if you have 1 common and 2 rare Attributed NFTs, you get:

Base amount for Attributed NFT holder = 10 plays
1 Common NFT = 2 extra plays
2 Rare NFTs = 4+4 extra plays
Total = 10+2+4+4 = 20 plays per day

The first round of staking has ended, but the next round will be out reaaaalll soon so keep an eye out for the announcement.

EXTRA Passes 🎫

What is the EXTRA pass, you ask? Why, it gives you extra plays.

There are 3 types of passes. The PLEBS Pass that gives you 10 extra plays, the WAGMI Pass that gives you 100 Plays, and LFG Pass that gives you Unlimited Plays for 30 days!
